Customs clearance

For parcels

In EU countries, all parcels are subject to customs clearance, regardless of their estimated value. The recipient will have to pay VAT ranging from 19% to 23% and customs duty (the amount of duty depends on the nature of the cargo) on the value of the cargo declared by the sender. Our brokers will help you with this.

For documents

Documents are not subject to customs clearance as it is not possible to assess their value in any way. They are delivered to recipients without delay at customs.
